Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking Your Order
Every shipment includes a tracking number.
Tracking information generally becomes active within 24–72 hours after shipment. In some cases, carrier systems may require additional time before showing movement.

Multiple Shipments

Delivery Delays

Customs & Import Duties
Most orders arrive without additional charges.
If customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or local fees are required by your country's authorities, these costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If an incorrect address is submitted:
- Contact us immediately before shipment.
- Once an order has been shipped, address modifications may no longer be possible.
Orders returned because of incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery cannot be completed because:
- the customer is unavailable,
- the package is refused,
- the parcel is not collected from the carrier,
the shipment may be returned to the warehouse. Any additional shipping costs required for resending the package may apply.
Lost Packages
If your tracking has not updated for an unusually long period or your package appears to be lost during transit, please contact our support team.
Every case is individually investigated with the shipping carrier before a replacement or appropriate solution is provided.
Damaged Items
If your package arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photos of:
- the package
- the shipping label
- the damaged product
Our team will review the claim and provide a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellation
Orders may be modified or cancelled only before entering the fulfillment process.
Once production or shipping has started, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted.
